System constellations

System constellation is a simulation method which makes complex social connections visible. This allows hidden interdependencies to be identified. We use them in both supervision and in coaching to develop alternative courses of action quickly and efficiently and also as a diagnostic instrument for management teams. Their sphere of activity ranges from dealing with personal issues right through to the preparation of strategic company decisions.
